Hello World - Plymouth Code Club

Events Plymouth Code Club

Plymouth Saturday Code Club is part of the national Code Club initiative which aims to teach children aged 9-11 how to program computer games, animations and websites. Each week for one hour children work through a new project, building their skills incrementally in a way that is easy for them to understand while still being challenging and encouraging their creativity.

Many primary schools have their own Code Clubs, please contact your child's school to find out if they are operating one. Plymouth Saturday Code Club is open to children throughout Plymouth and is held weekly on Saturday mornings at Plymouth Central Library, run by volunteers with support from library staff.

To join the Saturday Code Club please email: library@plymouth.gov.uk. Please be aware that there is currently a waiting list to join the Club.
